Für manche ist es ein Tee, für uns einfach die beste Droge, die es legal zu kaufen gibt. Kein Arbeitstag mehr ohne Sencha! Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass japanischer Grüntee ab einer bestimmten Qualitätsstufe besser kickt als Kaffee. Als echter Senchajunkie ist es gar nicht so einfach, hier in Deutschland die benötigten Mengen in vernünftiger Qualität aufzutreiben – beziehungsweise nicht annähernd zu Preisen, wie man sie aus Japan kennt. Hinzu kommt, dass ein Geheimnis bleibt, woher der Tee kommt – was nicht immer daran liegt, dass man es einem nicht sagen will, sondern oft, dass man es selbst nicht so genau weiß. Und so sind wir schon lange dazu übergegangen, immer mit einem ganzen Koffer Sencha von Japan-Aufenthalten zurückzukommen. Dann haben wir haben uns gedacht: Warum nicht unsere Tee-Kontakte für andere Begeisterte des japanischen Grüntees in Deutschland nutzbar machen? Es wird wohl für’s erste bei einer handvoll Sorten bleiben, aber dafür werden wir versuchen, mindestens drei Sorten in Vieltrinker-Packungen zu besonders günstigen Preisen anzubieten.

Ein Selbstläufer ist die Sencha-Zubereitung nicht.
